Self-Esteem Group Therapy For Middle School Girls is a Closed Group
Meeting for 8 weeks from 5pm to 6pm on a Weeknight (TBD)

We all remember that Middle School can be a confusing and sometimes scary place. Girls are trying to figure out more about who they are in the midst of a bunch of drama and fluctuating emotions.
I get it! This group is a place for them to figure out a little better who they are and to be confident walking that out everyday.

Whew! Good ‘ol High School. The land filled with so much self loathing, doubt, and insecurities. We all felt the sting of High School.
This group exists to counter all of that. This safe space allows girls to explore themselves and learn who they are and how to be more confident in it.

Anxiety Group Therapy For Teens is a Closed Group
Meeting for 8 weeks from 5pm to 6pm on a Weeknight (TBD)
Cost is $25 per session. Total Cost is $200

- According to the CDC from 2016 to 2019 it is estimated that Anxiety effected 9.4% (approximately 5.8 million) 3 to 17 year old’s
Anxiety amongst our teens is all too real. COVID only amplified it. If you’re noticing your teen struggling to connect with peers, not wanting to engage in activities like they used to and wanting to be alone more they may be struggling with anxiety.
This group will provide them with tools to understand what they are dealing with and how to fight it. Seeing others going through the same struggle will be a confidence booster as well helping to enhance their healing.

New topics presented by Shyla every session that is relevant to all moms with lots of encouragement and support provided by other moms who are either in the same part of the journey as you, have been there or have collected experiences and knowledge enough to help.
